Stand on the yoga mat from a 1-foot distance side-by-side, touching both partners’ hips. Keep the inner leg straight on the mat firmly like a plant. Lift the outer leg slowly, curving the knee to put the feet on the inner leg’s thigh. Hold one another hipbone using the inner hand and lift the outer hand in the air. Stand face-to-face, keeping some distance from your partner. Take a breath, bring your hands overhead, and curve your upper body forward. If you want to do a standing forward fold pose, both partners stand facing back on the floor, keeping a 1-foot distance. Start bending the upper body from the hips to release the back. Grasp each other hands, lift one leg together in the air, and push your partner’s foot. After pressing your feet against your partner’s, first straight both people one leg in the air.
