Keep your right hand on the left knee and take the left hand on your partner’s right knee.   Place your right hand on your left knee. Take your left hand to your partner’s right knee. Twist both partners’ bodies deeply during each breath out. For a twist, take the help of each other’s knees. Bring both practitioner bodies to the previous pose when breathing in. Change sides to keep the practice running.

3. Chair Pose

Stand facing backward. Hold your partner’s hands. Come into your heels, keeping the knees piled on the ankles. Bring the thighs parallel to the mat and line the shoulders with the knees. Go with the pose below to practice perfectly. Your partner is ready to assist you, so don’t fear!

4. Standing Shoulder Opener

Both partners stand face-to-face. Put your hands on your partner’s shoulders. Extend your spine long and keep your arms straight. Go to the back and keep both partner’s upper bodies on the floor. Keep a place between the back of the shoulders. Breathe in and out to remove the tension from the chest. Change sides to continue practicing. 

5. Standing Backend

Stand straight, facing each other. Grasp your partner’s hands or forearms. Spread your spine long to breathe in. Push the feet into the ground. Keep space in the lower back and curve the upper bodies to drop into a back bend. Release the heads if both partners have no neck pain. Take a long breath in and exhale, with the support of each other. Keep the shoulders regular, as usual.
